Returns & Exchanges at Amber
We want this to feel human — no runaround.
Returns: You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn items with tags on for a refund to your original payment method. Trying something on at home is okay; please keep items unwashed and smoke/pet-free.
Fit exchange: If a piece doesn't fit, email fittingrxboxes@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Your first size exchange is on us — we'll cover the return shipping for that first exchange when the size is in stock, and we'll email you the return instructions.
Wrong or damaged item: Send a photo within 30 days of delivery to fittingrxboxes@gmail.com. If we sent the wrong piece or it arrived damaged, you choose: replacement or refund. If it's our mistake, we cover the return cost.
Mystery Box & Build-A-Box: Size exchanges are welcome. Whole-box returns are okay when all pieces are unworn with tags on. If a Mystery Box misses the mark, email us — we'll work with you like humans.
Intimates & loungewear: Email us first at fittingrxboxes@gmail.com and we'll send return instructions and take care of you. If tags and any hygiene liner are intact, normal returns/exchanges apply. If something is wrong — wrong item, damage, or a seam issue — still email us; we will make it right.
